Oats 100g
Urad dhal 50g
Geen peas 20g
Tomato 20g
onion 20g
Green chillies 2-3
Mustard seeds few
oil 10ml
Preparation tips for Oats Uthappam:
Soak Urad dhal in water for 2 hours.Ten grind it along with oats and keep aside
for somrtime.Finely chop the vegetables and fry them in a litttle oil with mustard seeds.
Heat the non-stick tawa,smear a little oilPour a portion of the batter on it,add some chopped veg on top and press softly.Cook until the corners turn brown.Serve hot with sauce.
